Helping Each Other Through Change

In order to manage change, you must remember Four things –

Love each other
The first mistake most people make during change is to focus on what they’ve lost, instead of what has been gained – and that creates fear. The antidote to fear is love: “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear ….” (1 John 4:18 NKJ)

It’s impossible for love and fear to exist in the same environment – If we’ll focus on loving each other, then we’ll break out of the self-centeredness that often emerges during change. The love that conquers fear involves thinking about others instead of focusing on your own needs – and the more you love, the less you fear.

Listen to each other
During transition, we must be “quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry ….” (James 1:19 NIV) If we get the first two right (quick listening, slow speaking), then the third (slow anger) will become automatic. It reflects the concept of “seeking to understand” before trying “to be understood.”

Post this at all the intersections, dear friends: Lead with your ears, follow up with your tongue, and let anger straggle along in the rear.” (James 1:19 MSG)

Level with each other
We must speak the truth in love to each other if we’re going to walk together through change. It is human nature to avoid confronting someone directly, but then we fall into problems – even gossip – by talking to other people about the person we need to confront.

We can’t get close to each other until we deal honestly with our fundamental differences. “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.” (Ephesians 4:15 NIV)

Liberate each other
Finally, we need to show each other grace – “cut each other some slack” – during transition. Liberating each other means letting go and treating someone else the same way Jesus treats you.

In other words, we shouldn’t lean into legalism or lording mistakes over others. People will make mistakes, and our response should be to recognize that these things will happen. The goal is not to make those who make mistakes feel bad, but rather to let them get over it and move on.

人生如何作出选择?首先一定要明确自己到底要的是什么?认清自己的目标,下定决心朝向目标前进...

世界华人激励大师陈安之曾经分享过这样的一个经验。有一次，他去参加了一个激励讲座课程。讲座里面的一个课程就是走火。那就是赤脚走过一段三米长的火红火碳。当时陈安之觉得非常的害怕。这是他第一次面对这样的经验。他决定躲在600多位人群的后面观察之后才作决定。

陈安之发现在他前面的几百名参加者都一一安然无恙的度过，脚底也没有烧焦的痕迹。陈安之受了成功者的影响，开始对走火有了信心。他认为别人能够，他自己也能够。于是，他就准备去走火。然而，就在他充满信心要走火的时候，他前面的一个营员却开始发抖。本来充满信心的陈安之也崩溃了。他觉得很害怕。他的注意力开始放在那位发抖的营员身上。最后他自己也跟着发抖，脑袋一片空白。

轮到陈安之的时候，他站在那儿好久，还不能决定走还是不走。他想自我突破，增加信心却又害怕双脚被火烧焦。这时在一旁的助教就走到那陈安之的后面，然后大声的喊道：“go!go!go!”；陈安之吓了一跳，然后那位助教就把陈安之往前一推。陈安之立刻被推入火堆里。

陈安之被推入火堆后别无选择，只好拼命往前跑。在短短的几秒钟，他已经走过了火堆。过了火堆，他觉得非常惊讶，原来走火是那么的简单。他兴奋地回头和助教分享有关经验。

人生不是通行无阻的大道

在人生的旅途中，我们要走的并不是一条通行无阻的大道。很多时候我们必须在人生的十字路口上作出一个重要的抉择。你所选择的道路，往往是一条单程道，没有回程路。所以不管是荆棘小径，还是康庄大道，选择了以后就不要再回头，勇往直前，坚持到底。只要我们还能走下去，最后一定能达至目标。

在中国某乡镇有一个目不识丁的农民。他的妻子很贤淑。结婚的多年，他们终于有了一个孩子。有一次村里发生水灾，妻子和孩子都被洪水冲走。农民从洪水中救起了他的妻子，他的孩子却被淹死了。事后，人们议论纷纷。有人说他做得对，因为孩子可以再生一个，妻子却不能死而复活。有人说他做错了，因为妻子可以另娶一个，孩子却没法儿死而复活。

哲学家听说了这个故事，也感到疑惑难于作出抉择，他就去问农民。农民告诉他，他救人时什么也没去想。洪水袭来，妻子在他身边，他抓起妻子就往山坡游。待返回时，孩子已被洪水冲走了。

我们应该佩服这个农民。这个农民如果进行一番抉择的话，事情的结果会是怎样呢？洪水袭来了，妻子和孩子被卷进漩涡，片刻之间就要没了性命。如果没有当机立断，最后只好牺牲两个性命。

在人生当中，有许多时候，我们并没有太多的机会和时间进行抉择。有人总喜欢在做一件事情之前再三权衡利弊，犹犹豫豫，举棋不定。结果，待到想好了去做的时候，早已时过境迁，机会已经没有了。把握眼前的时机，把手头的机会抓住，这才是最重要的。

有些人的一生，拥有许多的机会和选择。也就是因为这样，往往无法作出正确的选择。当他们做出了选择之后，才发现那不是最好的选择，于是又作出另一个选择。最后他又觉得现在的选择比不上当初的选择，反反复复，兜兜转转，最后什么都选了，什么都没得选。

没有十全十美的选择

人生的选择，没有绝对的对与错。每一种选择都会有得也会有失。选择了繁荣，你就会失去宁静；选择了充实，你就会失去悠然。没有十全十美的选择。

如果我们只看见所失去的，却不会珍惜所拥有的，那么你的选择永远都是错误的选择。相反的，如果你所看见的都是在选择后所得到的，而没有计较所失去的，那么你的选择就是正确的选择。

学会了作出正确的选择，人生才不会走冤枉路。我曾经当过小贩、园丘工程承包商、传销人员、夜市小贩、买卖钟表、临教等等行业，7年后才发现自己最适合当老师。最终，我选择了当老师，当一名开开心心的老师。人生有多少个青春的7年？我因为不会作出选择，所以走了7年的冤枉路，最后才作出正确的抉择，你呢？

人生如何作出选择？首先，一定要明确自己到底要的是什么？认清自己的目标，下定决心朝向目标前进。只有明确目标之后，生命才有方向。然后，我们就要向成功达至目标的人学习。问路才不会迷路。只有通过前人累积下来的宝贵经验，才能协助自己更快达至目标。

当然，你所作出的选择必须符合自己的实际情况。不要勉强自己去作出一些不切实际的选择。当你发现你无法达至你的选择，你就要学会放弃。学会选择，才能掌握自己的人生；学会放弃，才能放下沉重的包袱，在人生的路途上，走得更快，走得更远。

Today at night i only go up to Peace Heaven..reach there about 9something adi,i still rmb i almost reach genting,someone call me say my grandmother just pass aways,she ask me go down to see him,haiz...why will lai ths at 1st i vry happen i can see GOD,but ths make me down..tat time i really dunno how to do,my brain just tell me go find my Leader Ck,he can help me de..but once i reach there pastor havent finish,then i wait n wait n wait until finish,i tot i can find Ck already de,but he still not sure to see me.but nvm i still wait him..then pastor ask us go read Matthew 14:22-33 about BY FAITH de..at 1st i dunno de,after i read n finally CK free to find me adi..He also ask me to pray n by faith with GOD..after i talk with him,my heart is peach n not so worry adi..after talk about 3sumthing in the morning i go back to my room..but everyone is sleeping adi nobody can talk with me..haiz...then i no choice only go to bed n listen song n pray until 4something..then i go to sleep...bec 6somthng in the morning need to woke up do exercise..haha...

Hmmp..oh no so tired ah..so fast 6smthing adi..i need wake them up jor..cant tahan adi.i wake them up adi then i go back to sleep.haha...today when I wake up,I dun wan to think about ytr nite tat thing,all gave to GOD help me settle it..then i go do exercise ,Devotion, Eat breakfast, listen pastor mgs then break for lunch..yeah...after break we have some games to play...we have 3games..1.stick the man tou, 2.finding the key, 3 throw thr durian...when the games wanna start tat time my mummy call me ask me no nid go down already..walao,so happy ah..God listen my prayer already,i can continus stay here n have Fun with ur..Thx GOD...start to play our games lu..All the games is Fun...walao luckly we not Last 5,bec Last find nid to "cheng Far"over ths we have some break to relax...today really tired,but i still can tahan..At night we have mgs to listen too...be4 start also about SINS...after mgs,i saw alot ppl going out to "ren zui"..GOd is great.tat time the holy spirit is vry strong..GOd doing his work on them...i can felt tat...alot ppl accpet God..after all ths..wuwuwuw...start to sing song.dance,worship God..haha..all so high...after finish ths,we vry suprising we HEART 6 get number 4..wahaha..1st time le..gao tim alll ths thng we heart 6 have some sharing time..we share our feeling on ths 2days..

Hmmp..today is last time we at peace heaven already...so today we wake up 7somthng,same thing go devotion n eat breakfast,after breakfast we go pack our stuff already...then go up to listen pastor say mgs...after mgs,some of them need go early because their wan go Jakarta..yeah..CYC family take photo lu...walao..so big group..cant see us liao..bec too small..wahahah...lunch time lu,after finish lunch we have some testi to sharing...all the testi very touch,vry touch...time run so fast,is time to end up already.all of us really "bu she de" go down..ths few days i really enjoing with ur guys..really is happy memories..guys keep it touch o...bye bye guys...
